📋 Description

• Own and optimise the performance of the pet insurance portfolio, balancing growth, profitability and customer value • Lead the development and launch of new products, features and enhancements • Use customer, market and competitor insights to shape innovative propositions • Partner with Pricing and Underwriting teams to support portfolio performance and fair value outcomes • Drive data-led decisions through trading reviews, performance analysis and customer feedback • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives from concept through to implementation • Ensure products meet FCA requirements, Consumer Duty expectations and internal governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience within insurance, ideally personal lines or pet insurance • Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering profitable growth • Sound understanding of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and product governance • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insight • Experience influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional delivery • A resilient, adaptable mindset and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
