📋 Description

• Build an understanding of Insight’s investment strategies and solutions, and how these can be adapted to meet the needs of different clients. • Work with clients and consultants to develop tailored investment solutions, with opportunities to take a leading role over time. • Participate in client meetings alongside client directors, contributing to discussions and representing the solutions team. • Support the presentation of Insight’s strategies and capabilities in consultant research meetings. • Contribute to new business proposals and pitches, particularly the design of investment solutions. • Support client directors in responding to client queries and day-to-day requests. • Collaborate with quantitative analysts to model liabilities and help design liability hedging and asset protection strategies. • Work with portfolio managers to develop and implement portfolio strategies, including supporting transitions and refining client solutions. • Contribute to team-wide initiatives, including strategic projects, business planning, and the development of new investment strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Actuarial certification or CFA designation would be advantageous but not essential. • An interest in investment strategy and financial markets. • Experience with, or material exposure to, analytical frameworks such as asset-liability modelling (ALM). • Understanding of institutional investors (such as pension schemes or insurance companies). • A problem-solving mindset, with curiosity and a desire to learn new skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with others, while also taking ownership of tasks with appropriate support. • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain potentially complex ideas in a straightforward way. • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. • Interest in technology and how tools such as AI can support internal processes and better outcomes for clients. • We value transferable skills and welcome applicants from related fields.
