📋 Description

• Develop and lead Insights' global tax strategy, aligned to commercial goals and international growth ambitions • Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions • Provide expert guidance on international and cross-border tax matters, including transfer pricing • Identify and maximise available tax incentives and relief opportunities, including RDEC and equivalent international programmes • Partner with senior stakeholders on expansion activities, restructuring projects, acquisitions and transformation initiatives • Manage relationships with external tax advisers and regulatory authorities worldwide • Lead tax forecasting, reporting and planning activities across the Group • Monitor emerging legislation and international tax developments • Strengthen tax governance, controls and risk management practices • Support and develop tax awareness and capability within the wider Finance team

🎯 Requirements

• CTA, ACA or equivalent professional qualification • Significant experience within corporate tax, either in practice or an international in-house environment • Strong knowledge of international tax principles and multi-jurisdictional compliance • Expertise in transfer pricing, tax reporting and corporate tax compliance • Experience identifying and optimising tax reliefs and incentives • A track record of advising senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams • The confidence to navigate complexity while delivering practical, commercially focused solutions • Experience within professional services, technology, software or another international growth organisation would be advantageous
