📋 Description

• Own full-spectrum hiring for a multi-market manufacturing group across the US and Europe • Manage high-volume, high-turnover hiring for seasonal warehouse pickers, packers, and customer service teams • Recruit for business support roles across Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, HR, and Sales at all seniorities • Conduct senior search for Head of and Director-level roles • Partner with hiring managers and the European Centre of Excellence • Implement Talent Acquisition strategy for new requisitions • Meet and exceed partnership SLAs and objectives • Oversee agreed volumes of hiring activities with technology and Centre of Excellence support • Maintain quality standards for Talent Acquisition Partners and Centre of Excellence support • Provide excellent experiences for hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders • Deliver insights, reports, and talent/market intelligence with the Partnership Director • Recommend and implement improvements to the client's Talent Acquisition function and processes • Identify opportunities for Instant Impact to add value through expertise, tools, or solutions • Share best practices, ideas, and partnership results • Lead internal coaching and training sessions • Promote Instant Impact's values and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience hiring in to the US and Europe is essential • Ideally experience in Logistics or Manufacturing and office support roles • Experience managing a mixed portfolio of high-volume, fast-turnaround hiring and senior, skilled search • Confidence working across multiple markets, legal entities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously • Previous experience working within an in-house or RPO environment is essential • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Customer-centric approach and commitment to outstanding service and long-term professional relationships • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work US East Coast hours, roughly 11am–8pm or 12pm–9pm UK time
