📋 Description

• Develop and grow key customer accounts through effective virtual engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders involved in vaccination programmes • Deliver compliant product, clinical and disease-area education to support informed vaccine recommendations and adoption • Identify account opportunities and develop tailored business plans to drive growth and improve vaccine uptake • Gather market insights and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maximise account performance and customer outcomes • Utilise data and insights to inform strategic account plans and customer engagement activities • Consistently achieve activity, performance and business objectives • Support awareness, engagement and uptake of a leading vaccine portfolio across healthcare accounts • Promote evidence-based vaccination solutions and contribute to public health outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven pharmaceutical sales, vaccine sales, healthcare sales or Key Account Management experience • Experience working within healthcare and managing complex stakeholder relationships • Strong virtual selling and customer engagement skills • Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and account planning capabilities • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a wider team • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills • ABPI qualified • Good understanding of the NHS and healthcare environment • Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience desirable • Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity
