📋 Description

• Lead the operational excellence strategy to improve commercial performance, EBITDA margin, and operational efficiency • Champion customer service delivery and outcomes using metrics and KPIs • Drive data-led decision-making and ensure insights, KPIs, and reporting inform business actions • Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure consistent and compliant trading behaviours • Deliver continuous improvement across trading processes using AI and automation • Partner with senior stakeholders across Retail Broking, Operations, Compliance, L&D, and Integration • Lead, coach, and develop a remote multidisciplinary team, including Regional Operations Managers and Quality Assurance • Drive performance and client service delivery across the Retail division

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience driving process and customer service improvements in a broking or trading-focused insurance environment • Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing remote teams • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders • Strong operational and change management awareness • Ability to measure the benefits of improvements • Experience using Acturis is nice to have
