📋 Description

• Carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance recorded on JLL’s CAFM system • Carry out regular inspections and repairs on building fabric and facilities • Perform basic plumbing and drainage repairs, water hygiene, minor painting, carpentry/joinery, and other maintenance tasks in busy healthcare centres • Carry out requested works in a professional and proactive manner • Engage with specialist subcontractors • Maintain accurate site records and documentation for site works • Inspect services and proactively deal with repairs • Maintain company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner • Complete detailed reporting and escalate issues where required • Handle, store, and use materials and equipment in accordance with health, safety, and environmental legislation • Participate in JLL health and safety processes, including risk assessments, good catch/near-miss reporting, and COSHH compliance • Undertake other reasonable instructions from the Contract Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management • Ability to use PDA with knowledge of computer software/CAFM systems • Fabric Engineer apprenticeship, Carpentry & Joinery qualifications or similar • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to work flexibly within a team • Ability to work to time constraints while maintaining high standards and attention to detail • Smart appearance and presentable • Able to work unsupervised • Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to accept change • Customer focused • Reliable • Resides geographically near to job sites • Compliant with company and site personnel policies • Flexible to work weekends and an on-call rota on a rolling pattern shared with the rest of the team
