📋 Description

• Perform Magnetic Rope Testing inspections on wire ropes • Prepare and complete inspection reports accurately and on time • Set up, install, and commission equipment on site • Operate and maintain LPD, Cutting, Pump equipment, and winch systems • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, strip down, rebuild, test, and report on hydraulic and electrical equipment • Interpret technical manuals and schematics • Maintain safety and compliance standards, including PPE use, risk assessments, pre-start checks, and incident reporting • Work with clients on site and represent the business professionally • Understand client requirements and build working relationships • Identify equipment issues, suggest modifications, and contribute to future work scopes through detailed reporting • Travel internationally as required

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Magnetic Rope Testing (essential) • Understanding of wire rope applications • Wire Rope Inspection Certification • Recognised apprenticeship or qualification, preferably in Hydraulic, Electrical or Mechanical discipline • Offshore Survival and Medical Certification • Good communication skills • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, individually or as part of a team • Other certifications including GWO Training, Rigger Stage 1, Working at Height and Seamans Card or Book advantageous • Supervisory experience beneficial • Willingness and ability to undertake international travel
