📋 Description

• Deliver rented products to customers when patients and caregivers need them • Pick up rented products • Deliver, collect, perform first-line repairs on, and service rental equipment in the local area • Provide customer service and interact with customers and patients • Ensure patients and residents have access to equipment that supports mobility and quality of life • Work field-based in the South region from the Luton depot • Amend route plans as needed and participate in the On Call rota

🎯 Requirements

• A methodical, logical and practical approach • Ability to prioritize work and amend route plans accordingly • Experience of multi-drop delivery highly desirable • Experience of 1st line repair of electrical / mechanical equipment • A positive and team oriented approach, whilst being able to work autonomously • Excellent written and spoken English • Valid UK driver’s license required • Enhanced DBS clearance required • Ability to lift bulky bedframes and mattresses for prolonged periods • Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and participate in the On Call rota • Ability to drive a large van • Clean driving license held for a minimum of one year • Ability to route plan effectively
