📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage allocation forecasting models and space audit reports • Process, validate, and organize large datasets while ensuring data integrity across systems and stakeholders • Establish action plans, forecasting and audit schedules, and coordinate cross-functional activities • Partner with analysts, developers, finance teams, executives, and client stakeholders to resolve data issues and translate requirements into technical specifications • Identify process improvements, enhance report functionality, and implement data quality and governance best practices • Use advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL capabilities to deliver insights • Manage deliverable timelines, track task completion, identify risks and roadblocks, and communicate status updates • Develop and update monthly, quarterly, and annual global Space Audit reports • Create monthly and quarterly allocation forecasts and annual space budgets with strategy, occupancy planning, and finance teams • Participate in stakeholder meetings regarding forecast accuracy, audit findings, and data needs • Analyze allocation variances, reconcile data across sources, and conduct quality checks • Respond to urgent finance requests, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support special projects • Maintain reporting documentation and standard operating procedures; identify automation opportunities • Coordinate with IT on system enhancements and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate • Demonstrated understanding of allocation charges, space audit coordination, and portfolio reporting • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling • Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations • Stakeholder management capabilities with diverse audiences including finance teams, business leadership, and technical resources • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer service-oriented environments while managing multiple priorities • Detail-oriented approach combined with strategic thinking • Adaptability and flexibility to handle shifting priorities and varied assignments • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle systems is a plus • Specialized CRE expertise in space chargebacks, allocation forecasting, and synthesizing information from multiple systems is preferred • Cross-functional coordination experience is preferred • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms is preferred • SQL database query experience is preferred • Background in business analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence roles is preferred • Corporate real estate industry exposure and understanding of industry trends, benchmarking practices, and portfolio optimization strategies is preferred
