• Implementation of the national sales strategy adapted to regional customer needs • Taking revenue responsibility for assigned products / healthcare solutions • Leading and motivating a professional field sales team • Identifying employee potential and providing targeted, individual development and support • Developing staff capabilities to analyze complex customer networks • Proactive analysis and effective communication of data insights • Intensive management of strategic key accounts and coordination of customer events • Achieving defined quantitative planning targets within the reporting period
• University degree in a natural science or medical field, or a degree with an additional qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Initial leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales • Knowledge of the treatment and therapy landscape in oncology, hematology or lung cancer • Excellent spoken and written German and English • Strong team player with a drive to improve processes and outcomes
