• Vollverantwortliche Neukundengewinnung: Neukundenakquise per Telefon, E‑Mail und LinkedIn bis zum Vertragsabschluss. • Tägliche Outbound-Aktivität: systematisches Prospecting, Terminvereinbarungen, Qualifizierung und Übergabe an das Projektteam. • Pipeline-Management im CRM: Forecasting, Deal‑Tracking und saubere Übergabe an Delivery. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit SDR- und Marketingteam – Leads sind ergänzend, nicht ausreichend; dein Fokus bleibt New Business. • Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Entwicklung neuer Akquise‑Strategien.

🎯 Requirements

• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung im B2B-Vertrieb (ideal: IT/Software/Cloud). • Spaß und Sicherheit bei Kaltakquise: Telefonieren, Outreach-Kampagnen, Social Selling. • Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation. • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen. • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort & Schrift; gutes Englisch von Vorteil.
