📋 Description

• Overseeing scheduling, inspection, support, and delivery of multiple projects • Perform advanced analysis of delay claims using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, applying Critical Path Methodology (CPM) • Review and interpret construction contracts for terms and conditions relevant to claims • Analyse construction claim costs related to insurance events • Prepare detailed, professional reports for clients and stakeholders • Provide strategic project management oversight across multiple disciplines • Support business development efforts and contribute to building a strong client base

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience in Construction or Construction Consulting • Proven expertise in construction scheduling and delay analysis • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • Experience in the Energy Construction sector • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills • Ability to organise and evaluate complex project files • Client-facing experience with strong business development capabilities • Occasional travel required
