📋 Description

• Plan projects by understanding the order with the Sales Person and Project Lead • Define key customer deliverables and attend customer kick-offs • Identify commercial variances and understand customer resource constraints • Coordinate resource planning with the Resource Lead • Set up company parameters, chart of accounts, and financial and operational processes • Configure financial and operational modules including distribution, project accounting, field services, and manufacturing • Conduct gap analysis and prepare options involving custom reporting, advanced configuration, or software development • Update project plans and keep the Project Manager informed of progress, gaps, and commercial options • Configure security, roles, access, data-load mapping, stationery, reporting, and integrations • Carry out sample data loads for training and testing • Schedule and deliver training and support test-plan creation • Provide go-live cover and support post-go-live exception reviews • Provide support cover outside project work • Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues and improve product performance • Continuously update product knowledge and provide accurate guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced working in the Acumatica arena or similar cloud-based ERP systems • Relevant business process knowledge for ERP systems • Project delivery and methodology experience • Customer management experience • Ability to travel to customer sites as required • Ability to stay overnight as required • Ability to attend team meetings physically as required • Availability for planned and approved evening and weekend work as required
