📋 Description

• Manage strategic customer accounts and grow revenue • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries • Conduct regular reviews with customers for improvements • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution • Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability in Customer Relationship Management • Strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives • Experience with sales processes and maintaining CRM data • Ability to conduct customer check-ins and assess satisfaction levels • Familiarity with software solutions and their features • Strong communication and issue resolution skills.
