📋 Description

• Understand customer needs, personas, engagement drivers, problems and competition • Use generative and agentic AI to deliver real-world customer value in Kainos Smart Test Product for Workday • Validate measurable customer value using quantitative and qualitative data • Lead requirements workshops with customers and internal stakeholders • Build alignment across engineering, sales, pre-sales, marketing and professional services • Use AI to accelerate discovery and prototype ideas • Manage roadmap delivery by creating user stories, setting success criteria and tracking outcomes • Align product delivery with business goals and values • Launch products and features, enabling delivery, pre-sales and onboarding, and drive adoption • Contribute to marketing campaigns and support sales with product demonstrations • Scope MVP and Early Adopter Programmes, including expectations, timelines, customer profiles, acceptance criteria and exit gates • Identify and mitigate business and project risks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment • Experience managing backlogs, working with development teams and prioritising roadmaps • Demonstrable experience creating customer value using generative or agentic AI • Ability to connect product investments with measurable customer value and outcomes • Customer-focused approach and ability to engage with customers and users • Ability to navigate competing priorities and align stakeholders • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, listening and stakeholder-building skills • Relevant commercial experience in Test Automation and/or HCM, Payroll, Financial or Recruitment systems • Flexibility to travel to customer and partner locations worldwide if required • Workday experience desirable • Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovation, including agentic and generative AI • Good understanding of AI trends and AI-driven development practices
