📋 Description

• Develop, own, and communicate the vision and strategy for Network Connectivity capabilities • Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape • Monitor industry shifts and emerging network communication technologies to uncover innovation opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products • Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs • Write and groom stories, prioritize work, and manage the backlog • Define product performance metrics and monitor performance using analytics tools • Make data-driven product decisions • Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners • Manage product budgets and resources efficiently • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the product • For Expert level: independently execute product strategy, prioritize investments, deliver outcomes across release cycles, mentor product and cross-functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert

🎯 Requirements

• Legal right to work in the UK; Allstate is unable to provide sponsorship • 4+ years of digital product management experience at Lead Consultant level or 5+ years at Expert level • Product management experience in Network Connectivity, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Networking, Telecommunications, or related enterprise technology domains • Proven delivery across multiple Agile release cycles • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for backlogs, prioritization, and delivery tracking • Experience with enterprise networking technologies including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Remote Office, VPN, SASE, or cloud networking solutions • Experience partnering with Network Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Server, and Storage teams • Experience defining product requirements, influencing stakeholders, and delivering technology products using customer, operational, or business performance metrics • Expert level: minimum 2 years owning and executing product strategy independently, prioritizing investments, and delivering outcomes across multiple release cycles • Expert level: experience mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams and acting as a recognized subject matter expert • Desirable: cloud networking platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid-cloud environments • Desirable: SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, Network Automation, or Network Observability experience • Desirable: relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, SAFe, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), AWS, or Azure • Experience in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments • Experience using customer research, market analysis, or technology trends to identify and validate product opportunities
