📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional Editing Experience team including Engineering, Design, and Data, collaborating with go-to-market teams to bring products from concept to launch • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the editing experience ecosystem, aligned with customer needs and company goals • Develop high-impact products and features that simplify workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, drive measurable outcomes, and improve customer experience • Conduct continuous discovery using user feedback and market insights to improve product and business outcomes • Define business goals, KPIs, and success metrics; track performance and drive data-informed improvements • Mentor and support other product managers and contribute to a collaborative product organization • Manage the product life cycle in an agile environment and maintain a transparent, concise product roadmap • Own the Editing and Reviewing Experience end-to-end, covering translation interfaces, review and approval workflows, content management tools, and developer utilities

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in the localization/language services industry, at a Language Service Provider, or at a localization/translation-technology platform • Preferably direct ownership of a linguist-facing interface, such as a CAT tool, editor, or review UI • 2+ years of Product Management experience in the localization industry • Experience owning interfaces/editors is strongly preferred • Proven UX skills and commitment to continuous discovery • Ability to empathize with user needs • Structured approach to complex problem-solving and trade-off management • Proficiency interpreting data and trends to diagnose problems, quantify impacts, and make informed decisions • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and dependency management skills • Ability to work hands-on and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment • Experience operating in an agile environment and managing the product life cycle
