📋 Description

• Own the growth product area and define its strategy, outcomes, multi-quarter plan, and build priorities • Resolve ambiguity using evidence and judgment • Run discovery, merchant and GTM feedback loops, research, and competitive monitoring • Work closely with engineering on implementation, architecture, and long-term technical direction • Set go-to-market direction, including positioning and pricing input, with RevOps and Product Marketing • Make trade-offs across scope, quality, and timing while protecting long-term technical health • Improve product thinking through decision documentation and reusable playbooks • Act as a product voice with senior internal stakeholders and key merchants • Report to the VP of Product and collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, RevOps, and Product Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of owning a product area or substantial problem space end to end • Strong product judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations • Ability to explain reasoning clearly • Comfort working deeply with engineers on technical and architectural trade-offs • Fluency sufficient to partner with engineers rather than merely translate • Evidence-led decision making using data, research, and merchant input • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align conflicting interests without relying on authority • Experience in payments, fintech, complex, regulated, or infrastructure domains (nice to have) • Experience building or improving product team systems and rituals (nice to have) • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, async environment • Ability to adapt when context and priorities shift • Ability to give and receive direct, frequent feedback
