📋 Description

• Lead mid-level to moderately complex professional services engagements • Define, monitor, and adjust project scope and timelines • Schedule, coordinate, and lead meetings and working sessions for team members and customers • Conduct customer meetings via video and voice calls • Act as an escalation point for project issues and initiate resolution • Ensure legal obligations are met through contract interpretation • Lead daily customer-facing interactions via Teams/Zoom calls and email • Advance projects by collaborating with clients and internal resources • Utilize Delivery teams and their skill sets to prioritize and manage projects • Use Keyfactor’s conversation flow and technical terminology for clear communication • Lead development of scalable processes and procedures • Assist in determining and tracking team KPIs • Represent the company, make autonomous decisions, and encourage teammates to do so • Prioritize customer satisfaction and develop referenceable accounts • Serve as primary point of contact for approximately 12–16 complex enterprise projects simultaneously • Report and escalate issues to management as needed • Keep project data in Salesforce and project management tools up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required; or equivalent experience • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies • Moderate experience managing/interacting with third-party resellers, service providers, and partners • In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies • Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget • Advanced risk management and mitigation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools • Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers • Ability to develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals • Capacity to provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus
