📋 Description

• Articulate the value of the Kinaxis solution throughout the customer journey and serve as a product and supply chain subject matter expert • Lead customer workshops to understand and document supply chain software requirements • Define objectives and targets for software implementations of multiple levels of complexity • Define systems architecture and data flow for customer business needs, including standard and unique software functionalities and extensions • Identify deployment risks and develop mitigation plans • Coach and delegate configuration tasks to project team members • Resolve complex data and analytics configurations • Oversee solution validation, testing, data management, and data integration activities • Provide functional leadership and recommendations during critical deployment escalations and complex supply chain challenges • Mentor and support solution consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle • Influence internal functions to shape the product roadmap and develop solutions for customer and industry needs • Participate in services sales opportunities and highlight the value of Maestro implementation and methodology • Present complex information concisely to business stakeholders, including executives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field • Minimum 8 years of broad experience in software implementation consulting in the supply chain planning or supply chain execution space or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing • At least 3 direct years as a solution architect or lead functional consultant for enterprise level supply chain transformation projects • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to manage customer and stakeholder interactions • Ability to show initiative, learn independently, and excel in a fast-paced, matrix work environment • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills • Proven leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring capabilities within a dedicated, matrixed work team • Subject matter expertise in supply chain concepts and best practices • In-depth experience with supply chain solutions and applications such as Maestro, SAP, Oracle or Blue Yonder • Experience producing complex blueprints on business processes and translating them to technical requirements during software implementations • Technical leadership experience in data integration, data management, system configuration, and system deployment for supply chain software implementations • Proficiency with SQL, R and/or JavaScript • Open to travel 75% on average and 100% occasionally • Ability to work effectively remotely from client sites
