📋 Description

• Manage multiple microservices and supporting library projects in an event-driven microservices architecture powered by Kafka • Be responsible for the full lifecycle of savings accounts, campaigns (rewards), the entire investment platform, and taxation • Build and maintain financial-grade, high-throughput systems that are correct and auditable • Integrate systems with a broader ecosystem of microservices managed by other teams • Work in a small, efficient cross-functional team dedicated to high engineering standards • Participate in AI-first development with human oversight, pair development, and review • Work in a continuous delivery environment with its principles and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Solid backend software development experience • Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot ecosystem and Hibernate • Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and REST APIs • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), transactions and concurrency, and maintaining large, high-traffic tables • Continuous delivery with test-driven development (ATDD), or willingness to learn and adapt • Experience in financial systems (nice-to-have) • Experience with observability stacks (nice-to-have)
