• Advise managing directors and business owners on how to attract new employees or contracts using our unique systems • Independently schedule appointments with warm inbound leads who are ready for your call • Pre-qualify prospects for consultation with our experts using our system, validated thousands of times • Participate in team meetings and handle minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM takes care of 99% of the tedious tasks)
• Clear German pronunciation and high energy • Willingness to learn, a performance-oriented mindset and a desire for continuous development • Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales • Ideally, you have previous experience working in an agency or in sales coaching • We do not prioritize specific educational backgrounds — what matters is that you have initial sales experience and are eager to grow with us
• Above-average pay with an attractive commission model including a fixed base and increasing commissions • Baseline standard: 15 scheduled appointments — €2,900 • Realistic target: 30 scheduled appointments — €3,500 • High performance (top performers): €4,200–€6,000 • A permanent employment contract with flexible working hours and the option to work 100% remotely • 30 vacation days plus additional benefits such as bonuses, company events, training and professional development • A fully automated CRM system that minimizes administrative tasks • A dynamic team with unique advancement opportunities to become a Setter or even a Closer • A product that is unique in the market and that customers currently truly need (high close rate)
