📋 Description

• Direct files from initial instruction through final conclusion • Maintain adherence to internal quality benchmarks and risk management protocols • Provide timely, accessible legal guidance to drivers and explain complex legal terminology clearly • Draft pleadings, witness statements, letters of claim, and hearing bundles • Negotiate driver recoveries and brief and collaborate with counsel for hearings • Use case-management systems to track deadlines, manage tasks, and safeguard SRA compliance • Share knowledge, pursue professional development, and mentor colleagues as the practice expands • Handle an active caseload across personal injury, credit hire, and recoveries in small claims and fast-track proceedings • Report to the Practice Manager within a team of six

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a current practising certificate in England and Wales with claimant work covering personal injury, credit hire, or recovery experience in motor claims • Approximately 1 year PQE • Working command of the Civil Procedure Rules, pre-action protocols, and court processes • Proven organisational habits for managing a high-volume caseload and fast-moving deadlines • Active listening and composed negotiation skills • Practical commercial and risk awareness • Proclaim experience is desirable • Familiarity with Alternative Business Structures (ABS) is desirable • Right to work in the UK; the employer cannot supply visas
