📋 Description

• Direct files from initial instruction through final conclusion • Maintain internal quality benchmarks and risk management protocols • Provide timely, accessible legal guidance to drivers • Translate complex legal terminology into clear, supportive advice • Draft pleadings, witness statements, letters of claim, and hearing bundles • Negotiate driver recoveries and fair settlements • Brief and collaborate with counsel for hearings • Use case management systems to track deadlines and tasks • Safeguard SRA compliance across every file • Share knowledge and participate in professional development • Take on mentoring opportunities as the practice expands • Report to the Practice Manager within a team of six

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a current practising certificate in England and Wales • Claimant work covering personal injury, credit hire, or recovery experience in motor claims • Approximately 1 year PQE • Working command of the Civil Procedure Rules, pre-action protocols, and court processes • Proven organisational ability to manage a high-volume claimant caseload and strict legal deadlines • Active listening and composed negotiation skills • Practical commercial and risk awareness • Proclaim experience is advantageous • Familiarity with Alternative Business Structures is advantageous • Right to work in the UK; the employer is unable to supply visas
