📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current mortgage intermediaries. • Identify and onboard new intermediaries to grow KPF's mortgage business volumes. • Promote the company's mortgage range, USPs and criteria to ensure awareness and to align with broker needs. • Provide training, support, and updates on product changes to brokers. • Work closely with our pre and post offer teams to ensure a seamless application-to-completion process. • Reporting on competitor activity and market trends to assist our senior management team to shape our proposition. • Attend and represent the company at industry events, roadshows, and networking opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in a buy to let mortgage environment either as an internal or external business manager role. • Strong knowledge of the mortgage market, products, and intermediary channels. • Excellent time management. • Commercial awareness of the buy to let market with a clear focus on how to achieve sales targets and business goals. • CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification (preferred but not always essential).
