📋 Description

• Craft platform-native content for X, Telegram, and other social platforms to maximize Kraken Pro's impact and reach • Identify trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then create timely, on-brand content • Engage actively with the Kraken Pro audience through replies, quotes, polls, memes, and meaningful conversations • Build and maintain an always-on content calendar • Create posts, route them for approvals, schedule and publish them, and monitor performance • Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives • Track social growth and performance, and iterate based on insights and experiments • Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading • Portfolio of successful social posts on a brand account, personal account, or account managed by the candidate • Ability to move quickly and work under pressure • High AI competency • Ability to create copy, memes, short-form video, charts, and threads • Comfort handling high-paced social channels • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Creative and detail-oriented • Ability to produce visually appealing content, including briefing design teams, using Figma, or using CapCut • Ability to work responsibly with Legal and Communications on compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging • Applicants must select a city and country of work location • Applicants must disclose whether they require sponsorship to work in their location
