• Developing the customer base – identifying new customer potential, building long-term partnerships, and closing deals successfully • Account management & strategic growth – managing key existing customers, identifying potential, and developing sustainable revenue opportunities • Tactical advisory & enablement – supporting the team and customers on the IoT platform, smart metering, and efficiency strategies • Stakeholder management at decision-maker level – engaging with C-level executives, technical leads, and project managers • Sales strategy & development – collaborating with operations and product teams, analyzing market trends and customer feedback
• Several years of B2B sales experience in real estate, building or energy technology, FM services, telecommunications, or PropTech • Strong network and market understanding in the industries mentioned above • Experience working with housing companies or energy service providers • Excellent drive and ownership • Structured, strategic, and self-directed working style • Strong communication skills and customer focus • Very good German (C2) and good English skills (at least B2) • Willingness to travel within Germany
