📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process • Develop recruitment strategy • Identify and select candidates • Make compensation recommendations • Extend offers • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle • Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System • Adhere to compliance and talent acquisition processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in full-cycle recruiting with active sourcing, OR graduate degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting • Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.) • Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect • Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines • Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)
