📋 Description

• Own the long-term success and commercial growth of a portfolio of enterprise clients • Develop and execute tailored account success plans • Proactively identify expansion opportunities • Partner closely with Sales to support enterprise growth strategies • Lead high-impact client engagements including executive business reviews • Serve as the primary point of contact across the full client lifecycle • Navigate complex, regulated environments with confidence • Ensure seamless execution by partnering closely with delivery and execution teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams • Act as an internal advocate for enterprise clients • Share insights and learnings across teams • Be a visible, credible presence with senior client stakeholders • Lead complex client conversations with clarity • Model accountability, preparation, and follow-through • Stay deeply informed on trends in social, influencer marketing, and regulated industries • Gather and synthesize client feedback and market insights • Represent Later externally at industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales • Proven experience working with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing • Demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments • Track record of building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong operational discipline and time management skills • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams • Willingness to travel as needed to support key client relationships
