📋 Description

• Proactively identify, prospect, and close new B2B partnerships, including hotels, serviced apartments, gyms, salons, and other consumer-facing businesses. • Own the full new-business sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead generation through pitching, negotiation, and closing. • Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity targets, including daily/weekly KPIs for calls, emails, outreach, and meetings booked. • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline that supports quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Deliver against defined revenue, deal volume, and conversion KPIs, including meetings booked, opportunities created, close rate, and average deal value. • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive rapid partner activation and strong end-customer adoption of Laundryheap services. • Leverage your existing network and industry contacts to accelerate pipeline growth and shorten sales cycles. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, opportunities, and sales activity within the CRM to support forecasting and performance reporting. • Collaborate closely with operations, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale and a high-quality partner launch. • Represent Laundryheap at partner meetings, onboarding sessions, and occasional industry events or promotional activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of sales or business development experience, with a proven track record in B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C roles. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely. • Comfortable with moderate travel across London or assigned territories. • Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management.
