📋 Description

• You will take over prequalified leads from our Sales Development team and independently manage them through the entire sales process — from the initial conversation about their project and portfolio management challenges to a successful close. • You will hold discussions with decision-makers and stakeholders in mid-sized companies and corporations, convincing them that Le Bihan is a partner offering consulting and implementation from a single source. • You will develop a deep understanding of your customers’ challenges and work together with our Consulting team to design tailored solution approaches. • You will build long-term customer relationships and maintain a robust network within your market segment. • You will work closely with Marketing and Consulting to shape proposals and successfully initiate projects. • You will actively contribute to the ongoing development of our sales strategy and provide input for new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree (e.g., Business, Business Administration, Business Informatics) or an equivalent qualification. • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in a tech or consulting environment (e.g., software implementation, SaaS, enterprise solutions). • Demonstrable track record of measurable contribution to company growth through targeted sales success in previous roles — using this experience to drive impact here as well. • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken. • Strong sense for organizational structures and decision-making processes, combined with the ability to present complex topics clearly and understandably.
