📋 Description

• Own the technical workstream within customer launches • Scope integrations at kickoff • Coordinate customer IT teams and third parties • Configure, deploy, and verify integrations before and after go-live • Implement integrations for existing customers • Monitor integration usage across the installed customer base • Act as the technical counterpart to implementation partners • Set technical delivery plans for partners • Review partner configurations before go-live • Serve as the quality gate for partner-delivered work • Productise deployments with the integration engineering team • Improve launch processes to make them faster and less manual • Support commercial teams on prospect and customer calls • Run technical discovery with customer developers • Help scope and implement integration requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable building relationships with developer teams and presenting to stakeholders • Experience handling data syncs and technical integrations • Understanding of APIs and integration patterns • Comfortable owning customer-facing technical deployments • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Customer, Support, EPD, and Partners • Ability to adapt to new tooling, platforms, and ways of working • Proactive approach with customers • Ability to work across a broad technology stack • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex technical delivery • Ability to coordinate customer IT teams and third parties • Experience with PMS and DMS integrations such as Clio, Actionstep, NetDocuments, and iManage
