📋 Description

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements • Architect solution designs integrating with the Workiva Platform • Execute standardized solutions aligned with client and partner requirements • Interact directly with clients and partners • Maintain mastery of financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform through training • Mentor peers and Associates and support onboarding • Set up and install technical systems, applications, and process designs • Manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and coordinate client-user training • Test and troubleshoot installed systems • Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams • Provide feedback to product and professional services teams for improvements • Provide installation support remotely or work directly with clients on-site

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field • 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field • Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience • Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions preferred • Hands-on experience with the Workiva platform, SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred • Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred • Ability to influence and drive change in business processes • Enhanced technology knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications • Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus • Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Reliable internet access while working remotely • Typically requires 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 2 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience • Employees are required to undergo comprehensive security and privacy training
