📋 Description

• Work with users, business stakeholders and delivery colleagues to understand needs, improve processes and define clear requirements for ESCS capabilities • Support work from discovery through design, build, test, adoption and acceptance • Create shared understanding of business needs, processes and desired outcomes • Translate stakeholder needs into prioritised, testable backlog items • Maintain clear analysis artefacts and traceability through delivery • Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs • Document current and future processes using BPMN or equivalent techniques • Elicit, analyse and document business, user, data and non-functional requirements • Create user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting models • Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and change control • Maintain requirements traceability and support design and test reviews • Analyse data and business rules to clarify needs and impacts • Support UAT, training, transition and business change activities

• Business analysis and requirements elicitation • BPMN or equivalent process modelling • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement • User stories and acceptance criteria • Backlog refinement and prioritisation • Requirements lifecycle and traceability • Data analysis and business rules • Change impact analysis • Agile delivery practices • Concise documentation and communication • Experience gathering and analysing requirements for technology-enabled change • Experience mapping processes and working with multiple stakeholder groups • Experience supporting delivery teams through refinement, testing and acceptance • SC required to start • SC required for the role
