📋 Description
• Own conference logistics end-to-end • Help run customer events • Build and manage a gifting program • Document best practices and preferred suppliers • Organise team offsites and retreats • Coordinate travel for team onsites and events • Help celebrate birthdays and milestones • Support opening new offices • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes • Develop automations and internal playbooks • Provide light executive assistance to the founders • Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks and special projects
