• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking activities. • Manage the sales process from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close. • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, priorities, and technology initiatives. • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to school and trust stakeholders. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation. • Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers throughout the buying process. • Support customer renewal and expansion conversations when appropriate. • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline within Salesforce CRM. • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, webinars, and lead-generation initiatives. • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and customer events as required. • Stay informed on education technology trends and market developments.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable engaging customers via phone, email, video meetings, and in-person presentations. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Self-motivated with a desire to build a successful career in sales. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Experience in SaaS, technology, or EdTech environments. • Familiarity with the UK education sector. • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
