• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales within a SaaS or technology company. • Proven track record of successful sales and/or account management in a similar role • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience handling complex contract renewals. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven account reporting. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, or related field.
