📋 Description

• Manage international market research projects through the entire project lifecycle • Review project specifications, set up projects, plan resources, fieldwork and timelines • Coordinate project kick-off meetings and clarify specifications, client needs, timelines and responsibilities • Manage programming, translations, overlays and testing to quality and timeline standards • Execute project launches and analysis, providing detailed client feedback and solution-oriented approaches • Manage fieldwork, provide timely client updates and monitor recruitment • Maximize internal sample, coordinate custom recruitment and partner onboarding • Control project budgets and achieve project financial goals • Ensure positive participant experiences, sampling compliance and timely incentive approvals and query handling • Deliver agreed client deliverables on time and to expected quality • Meet billing deadlines and goals and follow internal processes • Comply with operating procedures, ISO Accreditation requirements and M3MR group policies • Manage vendor relationships to support accurate and timely deliverables, communication and issue resolution • Support client service improvement plans in collaboration with sales and other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 2 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work well, meet deadlines and work under pressure • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and real-time changes
