📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle permanent, freelance and project recruitment across technical, creative, production, product and operational roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies • Own hiring processes from initial brief through hire, keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining momentum • Source and engage high-quality candidates through varied channels • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and organisational fit • Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide an excellent candidate experience • Coordinate interview and assessment processes and support confident hiring decisions • Support offer creation, negotiation and onboarding activities • Build and maintain candidate relationships and talent pipelines • Provide market insight and recruiting guidance to stakeholders • Identify hiring-process risks and proactively resolve challenges • Contribute to recruiting initiatives and improve processes, tools and ways of working • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Director on wider hiring priorities and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the technology, creative, games or entertainment industries • Demonstrated success sourcing and attracting high-quality talent • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to build credibility and work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organisation • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with a high degree of autonomy • Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting approach as priorities or requirements change • Good judgement, with confidence to make decisions, identify risks and proactively suggest solutions • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines • Understanding of recruitment best practices and the UK hiring landscape • Experience recruiting within games, creative technology, VFX or media and entertainment industries • Experience recruiting both technical and creative talent across multiple disciplines • Experience supporting distributed or international teams • Experience improving recruiting processes, tools or operational practices • Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced recruiters • Experience working in scaling or evolving organisations • Proof of right to work in the UK required
