📋 Description

• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues across benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, and other HR services • Deliver personalized HR support through chat, phone, and case work • Monitor case volumes to ensure effective response and resolution times • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement of the workforce experience • Partner with centers of excellence to improve programs and offerings based on customer feedback • Share appropriate information with internal and external business partners • Assist in planning and delivering HR programs and initiatives that strengthen performance culture and employee engagement • Coach users on HR technology systems and SaaS applications • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve the employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience • Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, including leave of absence, payroll, and benefits, with a focus on employee experience • Ability to coach people leaders and employees • Collaboration skills in a virtual, global environment • High attention to detail • Continuous improvement mindset • Comfort with heavy technology use and high volume of contacts • Normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime • Bachelor’s degree preferred • SHRM/HRCI certification preferred
