• Originate, structure, and close asset-based lines of credit funded directly by MITSUBISHI HC CAPITAL AMERICA • Drive new business growth by establishing and achieving quarterly and annual funding volume, fee income, and growth objectives • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities sourced through direct origination efforts and referral partners • Cultivate, expand, and manage relationships with referral sources and lender partners • Prepare pre-screen memoranda and present transactions to underwriting prior to issuing proposals or term sheets • Manage overall transaction execution, including counterparty negotiations and ongoing communications
• Approximately 10–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial lending, asset-based lending, or specialty finance • Proven track record of originating and closing ABL transactions • Established network of referral sources and industry relationships • Experience underwriting, structuring, and closing senior secured revolving and term lending products, including ABL • Ability to clearly articulate and sell MITSUBISHI HC CAPITAL AMERICA's non-bank value proposition • Strong understanding of credit analysis, underwriting, loan documentation, and deal structuring • Ability to negotiate effectively while balancing client needs and corporate objectives • Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills • BA / BS in Business or equivalent experience required • Master’s or MBA preferred
