📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in Welsh and English • Spot patterns and identify potentially vulnerable customers • Use active listening to support customers in achieving financial wellbeing • Discuss difficult subjects with empathy and resilience • Deliver tailored solutions with care • Provide first-point-of-contact support to Welsh-speaking customers in their preferred language • Work rotational shifts, including 1 in 3 Saturdays • Complete three weeks of remote training with a dedicated L&D Trainer

🎯 Requirements

• Welsh-speaking • Full right to work in the UK • Successful candidates must undergo a basic credit check and criminal background check • No CCJ, IVA or Bankruptcy on credit file • Ability to work rotational shifts Monday–Friday between 8.30am–6.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am–1pm, including 1 in 3 Saturdays • Ability to work 37.5 or 40 hours per week • Empathy and resilience when discussing difficult subjects • Great attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle calls in both Welsh and English
