• Assist clients in managing their health and safety commitments as part of WorkNest's contractual obligations • Act as one of WorkNest's Competent Persons for assigned client portfolios • Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain close client relationships throughout the client lifecycle • Support existing and new clients with practical Health & Safety advice • Work with the Client Experience team to schedule visits, deliver services and manage client relationships • Ensure contractual obligations are met and deliver an exceptional client experience • Divide time between client visits and dedicated administration days • Lead designated client accounts and ensure consistent service delivery and documentation • Broaden technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the wider team • Explore specialist development pathways across Fire Safety, CDM and ISO services
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification • Experience providing practical Health & Safety advice across multiple sectors • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Working towards Chartered status • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients • Ability to deliver practical Health & Safety advice tailored to client needs • Ability to work as a Lead Consultant on designated client accounts • Based in Exeter or Plymouth • Full-time availability
