📋 Description

• Turn business questions into structured briefs, clear analysis, and impactful recommendations • Build strong, consistent reporting in Omni and raise dashboard standards across the team • Build self-serve tools for stakeholder data exploration • Support strategic analytics projects, including customer intelligence and experimentation • Partner with Product, Growth, Casino, Sportsbook, Commercial, and Trading stakeholders • Identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities in data • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Contribute to raising analytical maturity as the business scales into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of data analytics experience • Advanced SQL • Strong analytical problem-solving capability • Strong BI experience, ideally with Omni or Looker • Ability to take a dashboard from stakeholder discovery and briefing through launch and iteration • Commercially minded, curious, and customer focused • Ability to independently structure analysis and tell a clear data story • Ability to influence senior stakeholders • Ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments • Pragmatic, collaborative, and outcome-oriented approach to problem-solving • Betting or gaming industry experience strongly preferred • Exposure to dbt or analytics engineering, conversational analytics, and Python are bonuses rather than requirements • Must be based in the UK and have the full right to work in the UK; application asks whether UK work sponsorship will be required
