📋 Description

• Drive and deliver service excellence across the delivery team • Lead and deliver on business, operational and change initiatives • Collaborate with consulting and delivery community, operations team, and key stakeholders • Lead and deliver on risk and compliance activities in segment • Support people initiatives and drive engagement, retention, learning, and development • Work with offshore leadership teams to ensure effective delivery to clients • Own and deliver key business metrics to support decision making

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a senior operational role within the employee benefits consulting/broking or insurance industry • Experience and understanding of service delivery and key drivers of effective service delivery • Ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate and drive outcomes • Strong financial acumen and ability to understand and interpret business data to drive business decisions • Strong technical ability with appreciation of business challenges to drive efficiencies • Experience of driving business change initiatives • Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills • Commercial mindset • Excellent personal presence and credibility
