📋 Description

• Review, curate, and edit all communication collateral including letters, leaflets, articles, videos, presentations • Support the development and delivery of strategic communication plans tailored to client needs • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships • Collaborate with wider Mercer teams to identify and pursue new communication opportunities • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to quality standards • Contribute to the continuous improvement of communication processes and team efficiency • Support new business proposals and pitches as required

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable passion for writing and highly developed writing skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience or strong interest in pension communications • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Proactive and perceptive, with an understanding of the broader business context and client needs • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
