📋 Description

• Own a large pipeline of post-submission mortgage cases (100-140+), ensuring efficient progression through completion • Act as key liaison between customers, lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors • Deliver clear, proactive updates at every stage • Work closely with Mortgage Experts to secure the best client outcomes • Handle DIP submissions, lender communications, offer chasing, and document checks • Monitor lender service levels, rate changes, and policy updates • Optimise case turnaround times • Specialise in a defined part of the process and become a subject matter expert • Progress customer mortgage applications from submission through completion at speed and with precision • Collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment where change is constant

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume, end-to-end mortgage case management role • Confident managing a large caseload with tight timelines while staying organised and detail-focused • Solid understanding of the full mortgage process and lender requirements • Comfortable navigating rate changes and lender SLAs • Team player with a customer-first mindset and a flexible approach to shifts and Saturday as overtime • Ability to work 39 hours per week on a shift pattern • Saturday availability for voluntary overtime
