• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Proven success in value-based selling to executives and large organizations; association industry experience preferred • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms • Experience with tools like Salesloft or Gong • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Skilled in managing long sales cycles and maintaining a healthy pipeline • Self-motivated and effective in remote work environments • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Familiarity with the association market and membership-based organizations
