📋 Description

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the monday.com platform, products, and extensibility tools to design and architect comprehensive solutions • Support new deals through discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design to post-sale delivery, collaborating with Sales, Partners, and Customer Success teams • Lead technical consulting engagements, applying industry knowledge in system scale, security, user governance, and data architecture • Design complex solutions leveraging developer tools (monday.com API and apps framework) for data migrations, integrations, and custom applications • Produce solution design documents, system architecture diagrams, and workflow diagrams bridging business requirements and technical deliverables • Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to internal Customer Success and Services teams • Advocate for customers with Product teams and help extend product capabilities to meet customer needs • Mentor and build technical knowledge within the Professional Services team through knowledge sharing and best practices development • Attend the London office three days a week as required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a solution architect, professional services engineer, or technical consultant, preferably in highly-integrated, enterprise environments • Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) • Knowledge of web standards (HTTP, HTML/CSS) • Experience with identity management (SCIM) and authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0) • Prior software development experience (a plus) • Experience estimating delivery effort and creating Statements of Work for data migrations, integrations, and custom application development • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, or other iPaaS solutions • Exposure to Generative AI tools such as LLMs, MCPs and AI-assisted editors such as Cursor • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences with exceptional communication and documentation skills • Detail-oriented with strong project management and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask on simultaneous projects • Positive attitude, empathy, high energy, initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Bonus: Fluency in French or German • BA or BS degree preferred
